Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment Process

1.1. Enrollment is confirmed once the registration form is completed, and the required payment is received.
1.2. All students must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
1.3. Enrollment is subject to availability in the selected program.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. Tuition fees are payable in advance as per the agreed payment plan.
2.2. Payments can be made via EFT, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
2.3. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of lessons until payment is received.
2.4. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by For The Student

2.5. Annual admin fees of R200 must be paid in conjunction with the first month of tuition

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. If a student cancels their enrollment before the first session, a partial refund may be considered, subject to an admin fee.
3.2. No refunds will be issued after the first session has commenced.
3.3. In case of tutor unavailability, a make-up session will be scheduled.
3.4. For The Student reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Attendance and Conduct

4.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time.
4.2. Missed sessions without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4.3. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or expulsion without a refund.

5. Tutoring Sessions

5.1. Sessions will be conducted in-person or online, as per the enrollment agreement.
5.2. Parents/guardians must ensure that students have the necessary materials for sessions.
5.3. Tutors will provide support, but student progress depends on effort and participation.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1. All student information will be kept confidential and used only for academic purposes.
6.2. For The Student may use anonymized data for educational research and marketing

7. Liability

7.1. While For The Student ensures high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
7.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during sessions.

8. Agreement

8.1. By enrolling in For The Student, students and parents/guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
8.2. For The Student reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice..
